Liability

We are not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from the use of our services. Clients are responsible for reviewing and testing deliverables before deployment.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Payments for completed work must still be made.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Oregon, a state of the United States of America. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration or in a court of law.
